Installed in a minute

The program is new, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”. That check appears for every new program.

  1. Download the installerThe file “ConstructPDF-1.5-Setup.exe” appears in your Downloads folder.
  2. Run itIf “Windows protected your PC” appears, click More info.
  3. Click Run anywayThe window will not appear again.
  4. Click InstallIn about half a minute the program is ready. PDFs will open in it on a double-click — if you choose that.

  • New themes: Sand (now the default) and Brand
  • Recent files: up to 30, pin the ones you need, “Show in folder”, and clear the rest
  • “Two pages side by side” view — handy for books and spreads
  • Compare a PDF with a Word, RTF, or ODT document to see what changed
  • The hot folder writes a clear result for every file
  • Compression shows “before → after” sizes and tells you honestly if the file did not fit
  • Merge with preview: thumbnails of all pages — reorder, rotate, remove extra pages
  • “Prepare for submission” right from the start screen
  • Larger, consistent buttons and panels; the About section is now cards
